This comprehensive training program is designed for management system personnel responsible for establishing and maintaining a compliant management system within an EASA-approved Air Operator Certificate (AOC) and Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation (CAMO).
The course begins with an overview of management systems, followed by an exploration of the relationship between ICAO and EASA. Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of the requirements outlined in ICAO Annex 19 and how these are incorporated into EASA regulations, specifically Air Operations Regulation 965/2012 (Part-ORO) and Continuing Airworthiness Regulation 1321/2014 (Part-CAMO), along with their associated AMCs and Guidance Materials.
The program covers the 4 basic functions and pillars of SMS—Safety Policy, Risk Management, Safety Assurance, and Safety Promotion—alongside practical methods for implementing EASA's requirements, risk assessment techniques, and SMS auditing methodologies.
