George Spiteri shall not be held responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use of, inability to use, or reliance upon this tool. This includes, without limitation, any loss of data, corruption of data, errors in output, system malfunctions, business interruption, or any other technical or operational issues, regardless of the cause.

3. Data Responsibility

All data entered into this tool is stored locally within your web browser. Aviathrust and Ing. George Spiteri do not collect, transmit, store, or have access to any data you enter. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, backup, and security of your data. Loss of data due to browser clearing, device failure, software updates, or any other cause is entirely at your own risk.

4. Professional Judgement

This tool is intended as a support aid for root cause analysis, investigation documentation, and CAPA management. It does not replace professional judgement, regulatory compliance processes, or organisational quality management procedures. The user bears full responsibility for verifying all outputs, ensuring regulatory compliance, and making decisions based on their own professional competence and the applicable regulatory framework (including but not limited to EASA Part-145, Part-CAMO, and ISO standards).

The MEDA and REDA form structures incorporated within this tool are based on publicly available Boeing copyrighted materials. This tool is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or certified by The Boeing Company. Users must ensure their use of MEDA/REDA processes complies with any applicable licensing or training requirements from Boeing.

By accepting these terms, you acknowledge that the decision to use this tool is made entirely at your own discretion and risk. You accept full responsibility for any outcomes, actions, or decisions arising from the use of this tool.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Malta, without regard to conflict of law principles.
