This course is specifically designed for personnel required to prepare, plan, and deliver training programmes according to their organisation's needs and requirements. It imparts the necessary skills to aspiring trainers, instructors, and assessors to deliver and exceed training expectations.

Participants will develop the expertise to train, lead, coach, supervise, and assess trainees under their care effectively. The course combines theoretical knowledge with practical application, ensuring participants can immediately apply their learning in real-world training environments.

Hands-On Training Experience:

Candidates will be tasked with identifying a workplace problem that can be addressed through training. They will then develop a comprehensive training plan using the methodologies covered in Module 1.

Subsequently, each candidate will conduct a training session in front of the class to practice the training delivery skills discussed in the theoretical module. This practical component ensures immediate application of learned concepts.
